Mitt R. is my favorite right now; I can align with his family values and I think we need a business executive for the next eight years to keep the economy strong. I have trouble with some of his "I had to say this to get elected in MA stuff" even though as a long time political operative I understand it. http://www.mittromney.com/
Fred T. is a true conservative so that makes him a second favorite but I need to see if his campaign organization can come together enough to convince me he can beat the "I just want to be the most powerful woman on earth and I don't care who I have to kill to do it" candidate.http://www.fred08.com/
John M. impresses me with his stand on the war and immigration (I know I might lose my conservative credentials by being for a rational immigration policy but I am taking the chance) but I can't forgive him for the absolutely stupid campaign finance law he pushed through. That might just be the best way to destroy a democracy.http://www.johnmccain.com/
Rudy G. is impressive but either you are Roman Catholic or you aren't; there is no in between. http://www.joinrudy2008.com/
I like Huckaby from Arkansas because he is like me; just a Heartland Christian; but he is not scoring big in the party or the polls. Thanks to McCain - Fiengold organizations that want a Christian president can't help one who is running.http://www.mikehuckabee.com/index.cfm?FuseAction=Home.Home
Ron Paul needs a psych consultation.
The rest are just the rest. Also thanks to McCain-Fiengold we can't help our black and Hispanic stars. Thanks for nothing John.
I keep getting requests for financial support from the RNC; for the first time in my life I am not giving to the RNC because they are required to distribute to turn coats along with loyalists. However I am not so required. http://www.rnc.org/
Difficult choices!
Oh; if you want to call those debates go ahead; but they would shame Abe Lincoln!
From the Missouri River valley Norm!

ReplyDeleteForget about national polls, we just ended summertime and it's back to school & business. Where Mike Huckabee has been exposed to the people, the local polls are good. - in fact very close to where Bill Clinton was in 92.
These states are NH, Iowa & SC. Huckabee is ahead of Thompson here in NH. Vote your conscience and your gut. Media and conventional wisdom should not rule one's decisons...
